By accessing or using Tandem Amore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

You retain ownership of content you post on Tandem Amore. By posting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display that content to other users as part of the service. We may remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.

Your use of Tandem Amore is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. SMS / Text Messaging

Tandem Amore uses SMS (text messages) only for account security and identity assurance. Specifically, we send SMS messages to:

• Phone number verification when you add or change the phone number on your account.
• One-Time Passwords (OTP) as a second factor during login.
• Identity verification when you request changes to sensitive personal information (such as your email address or password) or when you request to delete your account.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. You can stop receiving non-essential messages at any time by replying STOP; messages required to secure your account, however, may still be sent while your account is active.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tandem Amore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tandem Amore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
